I thought I might share with people a couple of local case studies where telecare solutions made a real difference to customers.The first one was a lady aged 84 who suffered with dementia but did manage to live alone rather successfully. Telecare was introduced as her family were concerned that she may wander out of the property at night and not be able to get back. There are spaces in communities that are safe and welcoming, that are free and open to everyone.  Spaces where communities can come together, spaces that are trusted by the public.  They have free wifi and free internet access
