Innovation tax breaks

There are some great tax breaks for people involved in innovation.

R&D tax relief let you take a tax deduction of 225% of what you actually spend on the costs of R&D - there are a few hoops to jump through in terms of tracking your development projects and how costs tie in but this will often create a tax loss which can be swapped for a repayment of PAYE.
