If experience with lighting on the Millennium Bridge is anything to go by, forget it. The whole lighting has had to be replaced due to water getting into the system- now the LED lighting installed last year has failed, probably due to a bad connection following the cold weather. Lets focus on some practicable simple things we can do that dont depend on gimicky technology!

There are spaces in communities that are safe and welcoming, that are free and open to everyone.  Spaces where communities can come together, spaces that are trusted by the public.  They have free wifi and free internet access
